Option One – FULL MANAGEMENT, 12% Comm (£360 Initial Set Up fee)

  • Advise of ALL legal requirements, and potential Rental Income

  • Set up of Property and Landlord

  • Advertising 

  • Telephone Enquirers, Interviews and Property Viewings

  • Process Tenant Applications (including full reference and ID checks)

  • Issuing all legal paperwork to the Tenant

  • Booking Tenant In to the Property

  • Full Detailed Inventory

  • Advise Council tax and utilities

  • Lodging Deposit and Issue Deposit Certificate

  • Landlords Monthly Rent Statements

  • Manage Property Repairs

  • Property Inspections and Landlord Report Off Findings

New tenant fee (charged each time the property requires a new tenant) £180

  • Advise on any changes to Potential Rental Income

  • Recommend of any property maintenance/decoration

  • Advertising

  • Telephone Enquirers, Interviews and Property Viewings

  • Process Tenant Applications (Including full reference and ID checks)

  • Issuing all legal paperwork to the Tenant

Option Two – NON MANAGED PROPERTIES (LET ONLY) 1st Months Rental Income

If the landlord wishes to manage the property themselves, we can offer this service to ensure that the landlord has all legal requirements in place including the legal paperwork required to be signed and given to the tenant giving peace of mind.

  • Process Tenant Applications (including full referencing and ID check)

  • Issuing All Legal Paperwork to the Tenant

  • Council tax and utilities

  • Lodging Deposit

  • If no suitable tenant found a Fee of £120 is still applicable to cover advertising and administration costs

     

Option Three – ADVERTISE ONLY £95 (payable in advance, does not include viewings)
